How do I get started?
First, please complete the Custom Jewelry Inquiry Form by following the "Get Started" link above. Rachael will reach out via. email in 1-3 business days to discuss designs, her basic procedures and confirm all your details from the inquiry form. If needed, Rachael will then set up an in-person or virtual meeting to discuss your project further.
How long does it take to make a custom piece?
The timing will depend heavily on Rachael's current production schedule and the complexity of your design. The typical timeline for projects that require stone sourcing is 8-10 weeks. If no stone sourcing is required it shortens the timeline to 6-8 weeks.
Do you collect a deposit?
Yes, Rachael requires a 50% deposit after designs are finalized but before production starts.
